Kompiuterinio valdymo staklių makroprogramavimas/CNC programming using macro language

This textbook is the sequel to „Modern CNC centres and their programming“ textbook. It introduces the most powerful CNC lathes and machining centres programming technique – programming using Fanuc Custom Macro B language. This language is used in Fanuc and compatible (for example HAAS) controls. It allows to write „intelligent“ and flexible part programs, use CNC machine tools as coordinate measuring machines, create user‘s canned cycles, generate complex tool motion, i. e. allows to program anythging that can‘t be programmed in conventional CNC part programs (written with G and M codes only) and fully reveal potential of CNC machine tools. The textbook consists of two parts. First part concentrates on theoretical basis of macroprogramming: local, global and system variables are introduced, functions and operations with variables are reviewed, general macroprogamming rules and principles are presented. Examples of macroprograms written for HAAS lathes and machining centres are presented in the second part of the textbook. These programs are grouped by characteristic macroprogramming application fields such as complex tool motions, families of the parts, canned cycles, probing, etc.
