VILNIUS TECH eshop https://eshop.vilniustech.lt/ (hereinafter Eshop) uses personal data to provide and administer services.
Personal data shall be processed in accordance to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the Personal Data Protection Policy of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

What data and for what purpose we collect and process?
VILNIUS TECH processes personal data only in accordance with the legal bases defined in the legal acts regulating the protection of personal data. Personal data is collected and processed on a basis of contractual relationship in order to provide personalized services and products to Eshop users. VILNIUS TECH collects and processes the following personal data of data subjects provided by the person himself/herself: name, surname, address, email address, telephone number.
Personal data is received, when the person who wish to receive products and services of the Eshop voluntary registers on the Eshop or order as a guest.
The person can visit the Eshop website without providing any personal information. If the person wants to place an order, he/she has to log on using his/her user name and password or place an order as a guest.
To whom personal data that we process may be disclosed
Personal data processed by VILNIUS TECH may be disclosed to persons involved by us for the performance of contracts and agreements with data subjects.
In accordance with the law, we may be required to disclose data to competent authorities or bodies (e.g. police, courts).

How long do we process data?
Following the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, personal data are processed (including storage) for the term not exceeding the period required for the purposes of data processing. When personal data are not required for processing purposes any longer, they are irreversibly destroyed. Personal data are processed 6 months from the last registered activities on the platform.
