This educational book is for road and railway engineering bachelor degree program. The principles of Lithuanian municipality general inventory and description of the model are presented, and provision in the municipal district road transport system for analysis is presented as well. The principles of roads and roads intersections design are given. The methodology and theoretical road conductivity (village limits) calculations are presented in a book. Here are provided recreational facilities and road construction materials, warehouses, and container design principles. The methodology is given to calculate the cost of transport and freight and passenger transport by road to choose, a rational scheme is also presented. The methodology of road construction rational structure design is given as well.
