Technologijų specialistų profesinė kalba: sistema ir vartosena

The publication has been prepared according to the module of language for specific purposes prepared and recommended by the State Commission of the Lithuanian language. The textbook contains theoretical material, questions and tasks, topics about language and its functions, lexis, terminology and grammar. Much attention is paid to the technological terms as they form the basis of language for specific purposes. Section on words and their forms precede topics on text coherence. In the section of functional styles of language, the scientific style is analysed in great detail. The textbook ends with public language of all dimensions focusing on individual linguistic skills and professional competence.

The textbook is suitable for everybody that has an interest in Lithuanian language, especially those from technology areas.
