This set of tasks is intended for students and business persons in order to solve practical questions showing that topical issues of commercial law are reflected in the activity of the companies. Commercial law is a branch of civil law that consists of the system of legal norms regulating business relations.
The set of tasks was designed in order to help students to orient in the legal regulation of various legal forms, business creation, companies management, reorganization, and liquidation questions. The set consists of three parts. The first part deals with companies business law, companies establishment, management, reorganization, and liquidation. The second part deals with questions arising from agreements, including sales, exchange, lease, and partnership agreements, and deeds of gift. The third part consists of solutions of various tasks that may arise between the employer and employee, i.e. deals connected with the labour law.
