Nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo apsauga/Real cultural heritage protection

The textbook is based upon the documents on cultural heritage protection and other fields contiguous to it. The issue is the result of analysis of recent theoretical system and practical principles of cultural heritage preservation in Lithuania and neighbouring EU countries, primarily of the Baltic Sea region. The book explains the basic concepts of cultural heritage protection, the contents which reveal fundamental requirements legitimated by the few levels of legal acts: ratified international conventions and recommendations, national laws, local recommendations for preservationists and administrators and approved projects and programs for implementation of heritage preservation requirements.
