The edition for students is a complement to text book “R. Kirvaitis, D. Grigaitis. Skaitmeninių įtaisų projektavimas: vadovėlis (Design of Digital Devices). Vilnius: Technika, 2013. 404 p.“. Methodology and examples of worksheets in Laboratory of Digital Devices are presented in this edition. Descriptions of 15 different tasks in laboratory and methodology of their realization are presented. Every student in Laboratory of Digital Devices performs individual piece of work in design, simulation and investigation of circuits of digital devices using Standard design/simulation software Electronic Workbench – EWB. Description of every from 15 tasks contains the goal of the task, methodology of self-preparing before laboratory, example of the task, and methodology of its realization. References to the main textbook and references to additional sources of information, including the net, are presented as well. The main results of the work in the laboratory are as follows: better apprehension of principles of operation of digital devices and principles of their design; the acquisition of ability to solve the real problems in design and investigation of digital devices.
