Manufacturing industries and environmental impact

This book is dedicated for students who are studying environmental engineering, analyzing impact of manufacturing industry on environment. Author has focused those manufacturing industries which have substantial capacity and impact on environment. Each type of manufacturing industry starts a short history of the industry, a brief description of manufacturing process and impact on environment. Additionally, the description of each type of manufacturing industry is supplemented with examples, interesting facts or case study aiming to develop a broader approach to environmental problems and their solutions. One of the aspects in book preparation was to integrate new approach to environmental problems and basic knowledge.
