Tampriųjų plastinių strypinių konstrukcijų optimizavimas/Elastic plastic rod construction optimization

The study book presents modern theory of elastic plastic rod systems. Discrete systems are being analysed employing extreme energy principles, methods of mathematic programming and finite elements. Methods are being illustrated by numerical examples, submitting the fragments of created computer programs, and the descriptions and explanations that are necessary for their usage. The book is divided into two parts. The first one is intended to single and the second one is for multiple, variable loads.

The study book is for building engineering masters and PhD students, studying not only at VGTU but also at the other technical universities in building engineering field studies. Hopefully, this book will interest designers of building constructions as well.
