The book sets out the matrix calculation bases. It focuses on the matrix eigenvalues and eigenvector expressions. The book is set out in the material that is needed for the calculation of matrix absorption rate. The operations with complex numbers, basic knowledge of algebraic polynomials roots and linear vector space concept are presented. All of these concepts needed to master the basic claims of matrix eigenvalues and eigenvector. The book also sets out the fundamental matrix calculation of other issues: properties of tridiagonal and symmetric matrices, matrix reduction to the diagonal form, norms of matrix and vectors, matrix functions. The book contains many examples that help students to master the theoretical claims.
