The purpose of the textbook is to provide the necessary theoretical and practical material required for studying the subjects of the geodesy study program that are related to the administration of real estate. The publication deals with the issues of real estate cadastre, formation of the immovable objects, determination of cadastral data, formation of cadastral map as well as drawing of the land plot plan. An overview of the main points of real estate registration, its development and real estate registration systems is given.

The basic understanding on the registry of real estate, its objects as well as the course and the process of registration is set forth. The history, the concept and the kinds of hypothec are discussed and the process of hypothec registration in the Mortgage Registry is revealed. The existing purposes of land use are described. A broad overview of the process of land evaluation, carried out by State institutions, is presented. The concept of databases and database models is disclosed. The methodology for the design of the structure of real estate relational databases is revealed in detail.

The possibilities for creation of real estate databases by the means of MS Access software package are described.
