Course Development of a Sustainable Supply Chain (VVTVM24201) annotation

The course will delve into modern supply chain trends, environmental challenges faced by sustainable supply chains, and their solution methods, methods and tools so that students acquire knowledge that helps contribute to the sustainable and sustainable use of resources and the environment in the production or in service delivery, covering aspects of the entire supply chain. During the course, a strong focus will be on analyzing good practices, assessing progress in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals, examining successful implementation strategies, analyzing effective, sustainable development initiatives, and assessing their applicability in the context of sustainable supply chain formation.

Aim of course 

The aim of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the stages of supply chain formation in the context of sustainable development.

Learning outcomes: students will understand the stages of building a sustainable supply chain and will be aware of the main trends and measures that support the sustainable and balanced use of resources and the environment.

Faculty and course volume in credits: A 6-credit course of study for the Master's degree in the Faculty of Business Management.
